IEEE Region 3 invites prospective authors to submit papers in a wide range of topics for the upcoming IEEE SoutheastCon 2010 conference in Charlotte-Concord, NC on March 18-21, 2010. The paper submission website should be online by October 1, with a firm paper submission deadline of December 1. Also, note the improved fee structure for this year, as indicated at the end of the call for papers.
